The sshd_config file basically documents the default values for the options. If you want to change the options, remove the “#” at the begining of the line and change the option to the desired value.
You will also need to stop and then restart the ssh daemon so it will reload the new configuration. You can do that by using the Sharing preferences for Remote Login in System Prerferences or by rebooting the machine.
