You can also fire up the Keychain Access app, which offers the further advantage that you can simultaneously record the chosen password in a Secure Note.
Of course. Keychain Access, Accounts preferences, and one other place I’ve forgotten all offer this window, but if you want it to come up on demand, drop that little thing into the dock and hit it whenever. I’m working on adding a Service item so you could assign it a keyboard shortcut…
