Bootcamp and Parallels

Just curious if anyone out there has installed Parallels and bootcamp? If so did you use the same Windows license in the virtual PC environment of Parallels as you did with bootcamp? Also would you need to install the programs on virtual machines, mac and pc partitions? To use in either environment?

The computer Parallels presents is different than your Mac, so Windows activation will go crazy and keep saying you’ve reinstalled it or somesuch. It’s been floated that some new Parallels will be better about presenting the same computer so that you can BC and virtualize if you want, but no such luck at the moment.
