Has anyone else out there been experiencing a lot of random Quark crashes in 6.5 running on an Intel-based Macintosh? Any Tips?

hey thats an easy fix…. as i am master quark tech now..lol…they have no support what so ever ive redone all of quark….what u wanna do is install 6.52 for any intel based machines also if this is on server and you have qla license then lower the heartbeat for the qla clients this way when crash happens you can retreive your license faster. also if you really need license fast go to the qla folder stop qla and delete hwmusage file i think thats the right spelling.. its the only one starting with H in it.. and the save.dat files and relaunch qla server

Upgraded to this new computer, and now when I save a page as an EPS in Quark 6.52, and take it into photoshop to make it a GIF, the EPS comes up as blank…. Anyone got a fix for that? Same thing happens when I try to change an EPS Quark file into a PDF using Adobe Distiller…..

I don’t have an Intel Mac, but i am experiencing random crashes from Quark. It used to happen occasionally, but now it happens every five minutes, which makes it very frustrating. I’ve upgraded to 6.52 but to no avail, done everything from deleting preferences to power cycling and other general troubleshooting. But cannot fix this problem. Any help would be very handy. On OS X and the comp has no problems with any other program.
