Mac Geekery

I don’t know when or how this started acting up but whenever I delete files now(just regular delete) they are immediately deleted and not moved to the trash. I tried repairing files permissions and have talked to apple. I’ve searched around most sites for a answer and have not been able to find one. Can anyone help me out?
