Old-Style Kernel Panics

Troubleshooting

Run the following to enable old-style text-on-screen kernel panics:

sudo nvram boot-args="debug=0x144"

Run the following to undo that:

sudo nvram boot-args=""

I have recently been working with a MAC OSX, which is a school borrowed computer. I use these quite often, but I'm trying to hack it a create a new account. I can get to the screen at the beginning of start-up (Command+S), but I don't know what to type in or anything at that screen. How so you create the new account from that screen.
